The colours are changing fast, our autumn is a glorious blaze of reds, yellows, greens and golds. The morning sun bounces through through the vineyards and settles happily on the side of our house whose dusty pink colour melts into the deep pinks of the wild pear tree.

Cindy and Bill have arrived and Cindy and I have already covered a lot of ground. Its funny sitting in the same places and going to the same places, each bench, each view each tree I see all my Paint-Provence friends painting, their stances, the way they paint the way they look, and there you are, you are all here with me and in moments I miss you all.

Painting in Tourtour, very sunny but pretty chilly, blankets very necessary. We didn’t stay too long, a quick walk around the village sorted things out a bit.
